HELP !!
Does anybody out there knows a good gastroenterologist in the Philippines?
My Dad was diagnosed of having Adenocarcinoma. A bump-like thing occured in his anus and the biopsy result says it is cancer again. ” A radical operation was the only way to get rid of that “, was what his attending physician told my family in the Philippines. But another new op is already out of the question. First, my Dad will surely disagree to be cut again for the third time within 3 months, and second, we too doesn’t want him to undergo more op’s anymore. Surely there are other ways to treat him. The medical technology is very much advance now, with the lasers and other pain-free curing systems that they got. We also consider using alternative medicines which i already ordered in the U.S. via internet.
We will do everything to save his life. Maybe you can help me, my friends out there, to find the right physician for him. We are in dire need of the second or third opinion of an especialist. Your referrals will be highly appreciated.
have you tried checking out St. Luke’s hospital? they have really good doctors there and the right equiptments as well. good luck ateng…your dad is in my prayers

I will ask my brother the name of his gastroenterologist. Actually, it was recommended to him by his cardiologist. Sa Heart Center of the Philippines connected.
I will pray for your dad.

So sorry to hear about your dad. Try looking at the list of doctors at St. Luke’s Hospital and Makati Medical Center. These two should have good doctors in that specialization. Here’s praying for your dad’s complete healing after the operation.

My father had a cancer of the intestines. They cut three times in the timespan of 2 years. It seemed to be the most radical cure again this type of cancer. Chemoterapy was not choosed. I guess because it is quite easy to cut the intestines. Something you can’t do with most other organs.
He fought till the end but his cancer was too powerful…
Your dad is in my prayers!

Hi! I recommend Dr. Peter Sy. He’s very nice and has a lot of experiences. try nyo lng. Nasa Cardinal Santos sya MWF, PGH, Manila Doctors (TTH) and metropolitan hospital (MWF). Call nyo nlng yung hospital mismo for more info about his clinic schedules.
