GOODBYE PHILIPPINES
Vacation is over! I’ll be leaving for Germany tomorrow. Back to the cold, snowy country where the hearts of the people are cold too. Thinking back of what i did during my stay here, i haven’t done for myself at all. My plans of a total relaxation once i’m here was just a dream. On the contrary, i feel more exhausted now as when i used to be before i came.
I am departing with a heavy heart knowing that i will be leaving behind my dearest Dad who’s health isn’t getting better. Our daily excursions to the hospital seems to be in vain. But i can’t stay here either, coz i need to earn my dough in that far away country for his sustenance.
I hope i could win in lotto so that i can come home again to take care of him. Oh fate….how bitter! This trial is so hard i almost wanted to surrender.

Must be hard to leave your homeland in such circumstances.

yes, this too shall pass… that’s what i also tell myself when things are beyond my understanding and control… i just leave it all up to Him… just keep the faith!
